WHAT IS SHAOLIN-DO?Shaolin-Do is a group of schools founded by Sin Kwang Thé that teaches a curriculum of various Chinese martial arts collected and further developed in Kuntao schools of Chinese Indonesian communities. It is said that the curriculum for the art contains over 900 forms covering over a hundred different styles of Chinese Martial Arts. A student is required to know over 20 different forms before testing to black belt and they commonly include styles such as Tiger, Crane, Southern/Northern Fist, Bird, Weapons, and Qigong. OHIO SHAOLIN-DOOhio Shaolin Do Teaches the Internal Systems as well as the full Shaolin-Do System. Internal Systems are taught by Sifu Jerome Cook at the Hamilton Ohio Zen Center in Hamilton OH. The full Shaolin-Do system is taught by Master Dennis Cook at Hueston Woods in Oxford OH. Click here for more info on scheduling classes and sign ups.
