8 Animal Pakua is a collection drawn from the best techniques within the separate animal styles of Pakua by the Shaolin masters -thus creating a compendium and a snapshot of high level Pakua masters. Each technique reflects the energy or movements of a real or mythical animal historically associated with Shaolin temple life.
