This point is called DU20 (GV 20) the "Hundred Convergences" because it is the meeting point of DU (the Governing Vessel) with the Bladder, Gallbladder, Sanjiao and Liver Channels, Point of Sea of Marrow. It is located at the top of the cranium on the mid-point of the connecting the two apex.
