 Dennis   Cook is a 5th degree associate master in the full Shaolin-Do (Shaolin temple boxing) System and has been a student of Grandmaster Sin The' since 1979. He and his younger brother Jerome  have been attending weekly classes at the home school in Lexington, KY, since 1988 and are very active at the annual tournaments.  and,   all the local SDA seminars  Master Dennis has   instructed thousands of students in Shaolin-Do, Tai Chi, self defense and chi kung including    black belt advancement seminars at the Lexington school school  and Breathing & Meditation 5 Animals Training (Frolics)    and Hsing I combat applications at his student's, Master Joe Harmon's school in Blue; Ash Ohio.
