 Jerome   Cook is a third generation disciple of the original Shaolin temple boxing. He is a 4th degree black-belt and one of Shaolin-Do's highest level Internal Styles  Instructor. Jerome is known for his traditional and advanced flexibility training.  Jerome,   began studying Shaolin-Do  in 1979. He   has continued his studies directly under Grandmaster Sin The' for over   three decades.  Jerome teaches in depth    instruction in the Internal styles: Yang and Chen styles of Tai Chi; Classical &Eight Animal & Snake Pakua; Hsing-I.   in a Black Sash path, in addition to the complete Shaolin-do system..
